I create in my own mode of expression, if you choose words to describe my universe; humour, artistic, colourful, whimsical animals and drawings, lines, stories. I work in a broad spectrum of creativity from fashion design and illustrations to artistic ceramic and expressive cushions.

I love to create my own inspiration which can be everything from pictures of slimy animals to drawings and illustrations.

Often I create one off pieces or work with smaller unique collections. From my inspiration and ideas, pattern cutting, sewing, painting and artistic ceramics are all by me. I have experience working within different areas ranging from sewing, machine knitting, digital printing, silkscreen printing, laser cutting, pattern construction, drawings and embroidery.

I often start creating something without knowing where it will take me… I build it up, work with the lines and colours.

I feel the joy of the tactile, played with the line on my drawings, draped and worked with colours, lines, material surfaces, knits and prints. One form takes on another and the play has begun.
For me things don’t go out of fashion or have ‘best before’ labels on. I create what I feel for, that is why a lot of my products are unique and one off products.
Everything I make has some kind of story, it can be the print, the reused materials, the lines, the way it is handmade in the studio. The label for each product will tell that story.
